The participants are allowed to cancel their registration by sending an email to help@advamap.com or iec@advamap.com mentioning their Abstract ID and transaction ID. However, cancellation is only allowed 45 days before the event. Also, registrations made within the last 45 days are non-refundable.
The refunds will be issued in full after receiving the request within 7 working days for Indian participants and 14 working days for International participants. (Remember, any service charges paid towards payment gateways will not be refunded.)
