Once the abstract is accepted, the participants have to deposit the registration fees based on their category
Note: For consideration of Paper in Special Issue, the Registration and Publication charges should be paid together i.e. 5500 INR for Indian Participants and 100 USD for participants from outside India. If the papers are rejected from all the special issues, we will refund the Publication part of the fee after deduction of taxes/GST (approximately 1000 INR for Indian Participants and 20 USD for Foreign Participants)
The registration charges as per the category has been listed below. The publication charges have to be paid only after the acceptance of full paper for AIP conference Proceedings, Material Science Forum and Key Engineering Materials

Registration can be done by registering at the Abstract Submission Portal
Note: The page limit for a single paper is minimum 6 pages for AIP, KEM & MSF journals
For special issues, the minimum page limit is 12 and the maximum is 20 for all journals
Please follow the journal manuscript preparation guidelines for special issues and other journals.
40-60 Outstanding papers will be considered for publication in SPECIAL ISSUES. Rest of the papers will be published in other SCOPUS indexed journals.

Early-Bird Registrations
Early-bird Registrations are allowed till 15th January 2022. After this period normal registration charges will apply. However, Indian participants don’t come under this Early-bird registration system.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The registration charges and publication charges are separate. Publication charges will only be applicable after full paper acceptance. No, refund of registration fees is applicable under any circumstances.
